I don't like winter very much, but I am loving this winter!

We don't have any snow now, but i think we are going to get some soon.
When we get LOTS of snow i like to take out the sleds and push my self around the yard.
I have not gone sledding yet but the boys have, any way i don't like sledding.
I have found other things I like such as snow ball fighting, and making snow angels.

My favorite Christmas song is O Come O Come Emmanuel it goes like this:
o come o come Emmanuel and ransom captive Israel, that mourns in lonely exile here until the son of God appear rejoice! rejoice! Emmanuel shall come to thee, o Israel.

Merry Christmas! (two days late) i like christmas. this year i got a teddy bear, his name is Douglas, i like him. this year we got some blocks and some dolls, a royal family and a plain family.
one of my favrite presents is my lap harp,i can play amazing grace on it, jay has one too. i really dont like winter but i geuss i will go out. bentley & rafferty (our dogs) didint get anything for christmas.

DOGS

Dogs, they like frogs.

But frogs, they just don't like dogs.

Dogs happen to like to eat meat.

Bones are better than stones to dogs.

Dogs say "ruff" while we say "tough".

Dogs they have four feet while we have sore feet.

Some dogs growl.

Others howl.

That's all I know about dogs.

I know even less about frogs.

My birthday was August 26th, so now I am eight. Yay!

I loved all my presents. It was a fun day. We have been so busy that we still didn't make a birthday cake yet. Some of my presents were late, so I got them a few days after my birthday. I got a set of Anne of Green gables books. Jay has read all of them because he's a faster reader. I'm reading the first one and like it so far. My favorite thing is my pink pocketknife. I have wanted one for years, but mommy said I had to wait until I was eight.

Parker colored this elephant for me and then used his favorite woody stickers to decorate it.

I love my little brothers.

Bird Stuff

We are in a bird club. It's Delaware Dunlins. We have trips every month. We don't always get to go though. We went last Saturday. It was a lot of fun. I got to hold a duck. He's a mallard and his name is Buddy. He likes crickets, but didn't want the corn.
